The Punjab Education Commisssion PEC conducted a meeting in January regarding the LSA schedule 2023. In a meeting, they finalized the LSA dates for 2023. However, PEC conducts a sample-based large-scale assessment of grade 4 at full scale and pilot in the3,6 7 selected schools working under the administrative control of the School Education Department, Punjab Education Foundation, Punjab Education Initiative Management Authority (PEIMA), and many other institutes/organizations.
Also, PEC decided to take the LSA test of only selected schools in the province, and the district-wise list of the sample schools was also issued. This time grade 4 schools will be assessed from the four subjects i.e., English, Urdu, Mathematics, and Science, as per LSA Schedule 2023
