The Punjab Government announced the applications for the Chief Minister Merit Scholarship (CMMS) 2023. The announced scholarship is for Ph.D. candidates 2023-24 intake. It is a fully-funded scholarship, and Pakistani Nationals can apply for the CMMS scholarship 2023. So, candidates who secured Ph.D. admission in the top 50 QS Ranked universities/institutes are eligible for th PEEF CMMS scholarship 2023. Thus, interested candidates can apply for the CMMS scholarship till 14 April 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for the CMMS Scholarship 2023
For the CMMS Scholarship 2023, candidates under the following criteria are eligible.
- Ph.D. Admission to the top 50 QS-ranked Universities of the world
- At least 60% marks through the academic career
- Maximum age: 35 years on 14 April 2023
- Monthly income equal/less than 200,000
