We have good news to share. Punjab Higher Education Department collaborated with the Punjab Higher Education Commission to develop KPIs. The purpose of developing Key Performance Indicators for Universities Vice Chancellors is to gauge the vice-chancellors and award the best-performing ones accordingly. However, the HED provincial secretary Syed Javed Iqbal Bokhari, addressed the inaugural session of the five-day Leadership and Management Training program.
The training program is for the VCs of the public and private universities in the province. However, they emphasized the role of the VCs in improving the performances of the universities. He also narrated that it is important to transform universities into centers of excellence in education, research, and public service.
