Educational Standards for Medical Studies
During a press release on 21 June 2021, the Pakistan Medical commission instructed the medical institutes to ensure the education standards. The commission is determined to continue its working towards improving the educational standards for medical and dental education. The purpose of these standards is to produce qualified doctors and dentists. Thus, all the affiliated colleges with PMC must implement these measurements to deliver quality education.
However, PMC warns the institute that if any of them didn’t able to deliver quality education they will face the consequences. PMC will take strict actions against those institutes without any hesitation.
In the press release, PMC also talked about the protest of Private medical and dental colleges. PMC stated that we didn’t receive any notification or request from the Private institutes regarding not following the PMC rule and regulations. However, PMC also said that we always welcome the affiliated institute to come and tell us their problem. However, PMC also responds to them and resolves their problems.
