PMC will submit an answer on 12 January 2021
Due to the constant contest of students, Sindh High Court asked the PMC to provide a reply. Now, PMC has to give its answer in PLEA against the MDCAT 2020 petition and adjourned the hearing. Before this, the court asked the commission to submit a definite reply against the petition.
However, in the last hearing, the lawyer said that PMC gave surety that no question would be out of the syllabus. But PMC didn’t follow the regulation and order of the court. Other than that, there was a lot of ir-regulation in the result. Students’ names and roll numbers got mixed up with each other.
However, PMC lawyer Zashan Abdullah also stated to the court. He said that out of 100,000 students 67,000 students cleared the MDCAT 2020 exams. However, on 12 January 2021, the Sindh High Court will take the decision.
Before this, the Lahore High court rejected rechecking the MDCAT 2020 of students for various reasons.
