In a recent notification, the Punjab government announced the scholarships (Spring 2023 session) for Public Sector Employees. The government announced the scholarships under the “Institutional Strengthening of P& D Board and Capacity Building of Public Sector Employees” scheme. So, through this scheme, the Punjab government employees will get scholarships/funding for the local one/Two year Master of M.phil degree in the relevant discipline. So the Public sector employees want admission in Spring 2023 Masters/M. Phil’s degree from a local institute/university will be eligible for the scholarship. Eligibility Criteria of Punjab Govt Scholarships 2023
- Employees must hold 16 years of education
- Age shouldn’t exceed 50 years
- Must have at least 05 years of working experience at BPS 16 or above
- Not be on the deputation currently with any agency
- Employees who are not on a long leave from the government
- Not involved in any inquiry and disciplinary actions
- Must have a good mental and physical health
The Punjab Government appreciated the staff and asked them to take this opportunity. However, the nominations of the eligible employees for the scholarship will be sent to the PRPMU by 31 May 2023
