Punjab NCD Scholarship for M.Phil/Ph.D. Degrees 2022 in Medical Discipline

The Punjab Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department has announced the scholarship 2022 for the M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees. The announced scholarship of the Healthcare Department is under the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD). Thus, the candidates enrolled in Medical Disciplines in M.Phil/Ph.D. degree are eligible for the scholarship. The eligible candidates will submit their research proposals in the mentioned categories of NCD.

The Punjab government provides the opportunity of a scholarship to the medical field students to enhance the scope of research in the NCD field. Thus, eligible candidates can apply for the NCD scholarship till 28 February 2022 by submitting their research proposals.

Eligible Domains for the NCD Scholarship 2022

The eligible candidates will submit the research proposals for the scholarship from the following areas.

• Epidemiology and social determinants of NCDs and associated risk Factors
• Macroeconomic Policies and Regulations pertaining to NCDs and Risk Factors
• Health System Evaluation to access scope of NCDs Prevention and Control strategies
• Technological Innovations in Management of NCDs

Eligibility Criteria for the Punjab NCD Scholarship 2022

• M.Phil or Ph.D. Students in HEC Recognized institutes in Punjab
• Punjab domicile holders
• Complete at least 1st semester
• Proposals related to NCDs
