Sindh to Deduct Salary who Refused to Follow SOPs

On Saturday, the Sindh Govt held a meeting to discuss and review the COVID-19 situation in the province. The meeting was held in CM house chaired by the Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah. During the meeting, the Sindh Health Department members were also present. The department representative stated that the Omicron COVID-19 Variant positivity ratio in the province has increased by around 35%. 

Thus, during the meeting, the Sindh CM announced to deduct the salary of employees who will not follo0e the SOPs properly and not wear masks. Thus, the govt will deduct the one day salary of the employees in case of not following the SOPs properly. 

Other than Sinh, the positivity ratio of the virus has also been increasing across the country. Thus, the NCOC will conduct a meeting Today, on 17 January 2022, with the provincial minister to discuss the situation and take possible measurements.
