University of Science and Technology (USTC) has announced a scholarship program 2020 for international students for doing undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs. USTC is the most leading and highly funded university, it provides a full scholarship to enrol the best international students for studies in China.
USTC Undergraduate Scholarship Coverage:
The USTC has offered the full fee scholarship which includes accommodation, tuition, stipend and medical. The host university could require a student to live on campus or to live off-campus if it permits the students to live off-campus then the students will be provided a monthly subsidy, which would be CNY 500 for bachelor’s, CNY 700 for master’s and CNY 100 per month for doctoral students. The stipend for bachelor’s students will be CNY 2,500 per month, for master’s students will be 30,00 per month and for doctoral students will be 3,500 per month.

Qualification Required For USTC Scholarship:
- The candidate must be a non-Chinese citizen.
- He/ She must not be registered as a student in any Chinese university at the time of application.
- For the bachelor’s degree, the applicant must have a high school degree with an age limit of 30 years.
- For the master’s degree, the applicant must have a bachelor’s degree with an age limit of 35 years.
- For the doctoral degree, the applicant must have a master’s degree with an age limit of 40 years.
- Students who are granted with any other Chinese scholarship or fund are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Scholarship Duration:
The duration of the scholarship depends upon the program i.e.
- For Bachelor’s Degree Program the scholarship will be offered for 4 academic years.
- For Master’s Degree Program the scholarship will be offered for 2-3 academic years.
- For the Doctoral Degree Program, the scholarship will be offered for 3-4 academic years.

- Create your account by entering a valid email and password.
- Fill the information and documents required, the information can not be edited after the deadline i.e. march 31, 2020.
- After applying online, the applicant must submit the application materials mentioned below to the Office of International Cooperation of USTC by post mail or in person. The last date to submit material is April 10, 2020.
