Extra marks for 10th and 2nd-year students
On Thursday, it was announced that all the board exams had been canceled, which cause great confusion has been created in students. Many questions have been aroused about the marks strategy and formula.
One of the news about the present situation is that the education department is considering awarding extra marks to the 10th and 2nd-year students (about 4-6%). According to a source, it has been informed that around 4 Million students applied for admission across the country.
There is also news that the last three years’ results of each board will be reviewed, and then students will be promoted in the proportion of their marks.
The Ministry of Education will arrange an important meeting on 11 May in this regard, and the board’s heads attend the meeting through video link.
