The Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) has scheduled the School-Based Assessment (SBA) 2022 from 09 May 2022. The announced SBA schedule is for the Primary and Middle classes. According to the SBA Date Sheet, the exams will be from 09 May 2022 to 20 May 2022. You can check the detailed Date sheet for the SBA 2022 announced by the PEC through the given link. However, the PEC also announced to issue the Report cards to the students on 31 May 2022.

Instructions and SOPs Regarding the SBA 2022
The Punjab Examination Commission has already issued the detailed instructions and mode of SBA 2022 in a previous notification. Thus, to check the SBA 2022 instructions and Assessment Mode, click here. However, the PEC has added some main points to the SBA 2022 SOPs that are below.

- The assessment of the Teaching of the Holy Quran will be considered a separate compulsory subject for Muslim students. However, the marks for the Teaching of Holy Quran Assessment will be 50. The subject will contain the Nazra Quran for grades 1-5 and Quran Translation for grades 6-8.
- The schools will generate papers through the IBS log-in with a QR code that will show the complete school information with EMIS Code.
- The PEC required the DAEs to take measurements to ensure that schools have utilized their own IBS log-in to promote quality of education and enhance the teachers’ capacity.
