Due to the hot temperature, the Federal government announced the summer holidays for classes I to 5 for the session 2022. The heatwave is rapidly increasing all over Pakistan. Therefore the Federal Directorate of Education ordered to shut down all private and public schools from grades 1 to 5. According to the notification, no classes from pre-primary to class five would be held till the commencement of the next academic year. Not only this, but they also shut down classes of Montessori w.e.f. May 16.
It is also pertinent to mention that the FDE revised the timing for examination with immediate effect and shall observe as 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM for the rest of the ongoing examination. These timings are applicable for both centralized examinations of classes 5 to 8 and all houses examinations for the rest of the grade. Not only federal but also other provinces announced the summer holidays. The kids can’t bear the excessive heatwave. However, young and teenage students have the ability to bear the hot temperature.
