The Directorate of College and Higher Education Balochistan announces national and national and international scholarship programs for Teachers working in Government Colleges. The Government Boys and Girls college teachers having services below 3 years for M.Phil and below 5 years for Ph.D. degrees are eligible to apply.
A total of thirty-three (33) seats are available for in-service teachers. It includes 30 scholarship seats for MS/M. Phil Degree and 3 for Ph.D. Degree Program. The deadline for submitting the applications for the Teaching scholarships is 15th March 2023.

Available Scholarships for MS/M.Phil Degree Program
The Higher Education Balochistan announces twenty-five seats for the MS/M. Phil programs in natural sciences.
- 20 seats for male candidates
- 5 seats for female candidates
- Scholarships for MS/MPhil degrees in Natural sciences will be awarded on a seniority basis.
The Higher Education Balochistan announces five seats for the MS/M. Phil programs in Social Science and Languages.

Available Scholarships for Ph.D. Degree Program
The Higher Education Balochistan announces three seats for the Ph.D. scholarship program.
- 2 seats for the Natural sciences Program
- 1 seat for Social Sciences and Language program
- Scholarships for Ph.D. programs will be awarded only on a merit basis.
Eligibility Criteria for Higher Education Balochistan Scholarships 2023
The Higher Education Balochistan requires the following eligibility demands from the applicants for Teaching Scholarships.
- The college teachers having services below 3 years for M.Phil and below 5 years for Ph.D. degrees may not apply under the prescribed slots.
- All Government Boys and Girls, Intermediate Degree, and Postgraduate College teachers are eligible to apply.
