The College Education Department issued the latest notification. According to the details, it is to inform all that the educational institute will remain closed on 8th March 2023 due to Shab-e-Barat. All private and regular schools and colleges will remain shut down. The Sindh announced this decision today. Every year, Shab-e-Barat occurs on the 15th Shabaan, the 8th month of the Islamic calendar. Tonight all Muslims will gather in specially decorated mosques in large numbers to offer Nawafil. All city mosques will hold special Shabina prayers, but the most prominent are Badshahi Masjid, Data Darbar, and Masjid Gunbad-e-Khizra. Hence all Sindh Schools and Colleges are Closed.
