The Prime Minister announced the registration for the PM Youth Laptop Scheme 2023. Through this scheme, the government will distribute 01 Lac free laptops among the students. However, all students enrolled as of 31 December 2022 in the HEC-recognized university are eligible for the laptop. So, the students who didn’t receive a laptop through the PM Laptop scheme can’t apply for the subsequent phases. So eligible university students can visit the PMYP website and apply online for the Laptop Scheme 2023. Below, we explained the complete detail of the scheme, so read the article carefully. Eligibility Criteria for the PM Laptop Scheme 2023
- Students enrolled in HEC-recognized universities are eligible.
- Students will get the laptops according to the distribution and merit criteria.
- Candidates of universities/degree awarding institutes and their constituent colleges/institutes are eligible.
- Students enrolled in the affiliated colleges/institutes are not eligible.

Registration Procedure for Laptop Scheme Phase-III 2023
- The eligible students will visit the PMYP website and apply online for the laptops. (https://laptop.pmyp.gov.pk/)
- Students will enter their CNIC and captcha, then apply.
- The focal person of the concerned university will verify the student’s information. You can check the information about the Focal person from the PMYP website.
- The verified candidates will get the laptop from the universities.
- After registration, the students can check their application status through the portal by visiting the link. (https://laptop.pmyp.gov.pk/student_details.php)
