After the decision, the University of Engineering and Technology approved the request for a free tuition fee of Phd on the recommendation of the academic council. Not only this, University of Engineering and Technology UET is the first public sector university to offer such a programme for all of its 27 doctoral programmes. According to the details,UET will not charge semester recurring fees from students enrolled full-time in the PhD programme.
