According to the recent notification, the SED Punjab decided to rationalize the teachers. So, the department has announced the rationalization schedule for primary and elementary teachers. Thus, SED will start the process on 14 October that will continue till 01 November 2021. Other than this, the department will rationalize the teachers according to the following decisions.
- Minimum 03 teachers will be hired for primary sections and primary schools.
- The department will adjust the male teachers in boys schools while female teachers in girls schools.
- SED will adjust the female teachers within 10KM and males teachers in 15 KM.
- The department will shift the teachers having long service time from the schools of surplus teachers. However, SED will identify the surplus teacher’s school according to the following formula.
