Recently, the Sindh government announced to start the process of hiring the Intern Teachers for the Higher Secondary SChools. During a meeting of the Sindh Cabinet, the govt approved to hore the 1500 subject specialists for different subjects. The government announced to start the hiring procedure for teachers to overcome the shortage of teachers for Intermediate classes. So, now these internees will be hired in the Higher Secondary schools for the 11th and 12th classes students.
According to further details, the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) will announce the jobs and complete the hiring procedure. However, the selection of teachers will be on merit. And the selected candidates will get RS 50,000 per month.
Duration of the Sindh Teachers Interns
The Sindh Govt will recruit the internees temporarily. They will serve as internees in the selected institutes until the recruitment of the permanent teachers of the subjects. So, the government will not issue the regularization letter to the internees.

The Government announced to hire the 1500 teachers interns in the Higher Secondary Schools as subject specialists for Intermediate class according to the following division.
- 240 Subject Specialist for Physics
- 240 Subject Specialist for chemistry
- 120 Subject Specialist for Mathematics
- 120 Subject Specialist for Botany
- 240 Subject Specialist for English
- 60 Subject Specialist for Pakistan Studies
- 60 Subject Specialist for Islmait, Sindhi, Urdu
