HEC Takes Notice of The Poor Quality of Online Courses
Due to the closure of the Education system in Pakistan, the government announced to take online classes. After this notification, the team of higher education commission HEC has noticed the quality of online courses, and they found it weak in the whole country. In recent days, the Federal Minister of Federal Education, Shafqat Mehmood, said that the educational authorities would continue to engage with students either through TV or online. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has taken notice of the poor video quality of online universities in the entire country.
In the recent interview, Shafqat Mehmood said.
“Many students have complained about the poor quality of online courses being run by the universities. The HEC has taken notice of this and is endeavoring to improve the quality of online teaching,”

Mr. Shafqat Mahmood has conducted a meeting on the educational content delivery mechanism during coronavirus outbreak. So, he decided to continue the education system via the National TV app. However, the proper education system will be going to start on May 31, 2020, and the school will reopen.
Because of coronavirus, The National Coordination Committee has ordered to close all educational institutes to prevent from COVID-19. All the private and government institutes will remain closed till May 31.
