Today, the Allama Iqbal Open University AIOU officially announced the scholarship to needy and deserving students who are very talented. They decided to provide free education in the selected underprivileged areas. They decided to provide admission fees to deserving and poor students enrolled in the spring semester of 2023. Apart from all these, AIOU also provides free education to the students of Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, and former Fata. The students of these areas have also been directed to apply for availing of the facility.
Also, those candidates who already avail of this opportunity will not need to apply again. It is a need-based scholarship. Those who are interested can apply before the last date. The last date for applying is 5th February 2023
AIOU Scholarship 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria can apply for this position.
- Applicant must be continuing their studies in AIOU
- Must enroll in 2nd semester and onwards
- The annual income must be less tha 4,00,000/-
- The student will produce an annual income certificate per Performa designed and attached.

Applicant must bring the following documents attached with the application form.
- Please attach attested copies of the following documents with the application.
- National Identity Card and “B” form (Self & of parent /guardian).
- Income certificates of self and parent/guardian attested by a Gazetted officer or the local councilor.

- The newly admitted students can apply for financial aid online till February 8.
- Students will get the challan form till February 05, while after the discount on fees, they will be able to pay the remaining fees till February 14.
