On Monday, the Board of Intermediate Karachi introduced some changes in the examination system. With the change in the decision of the Sindh Education Board, the students might feel confused. Therefore after reviewing the issues, the Sindh government issued the notification in this regard. We highlight some of the key points discussed in the recent Educational board meeting. Take a look
- As per the notification, the Karachi Board decided to pass all the matric and intermediate candidates without conducting practical exams.
- Firstly, they ordered to conduct SSC and HSSC practical exams, but after getting suggestions from another educational senior representative they finalized not to conduct exams.
- Sindh Education Board also brings changes in the improvement exams. Earlier, the students have only one chance to re-appear in the special exams all over Sindh. But after the meeting, they finalized that students who still not satisfied with their exams can re-appear in the improvement exams for four times.
- After the announcement of the result, the board provides the option to take the improvement exam so that the candidates can improve their obtained in the SSC and HSSC annual exam if they do not feel satisfied with their performance.
- So, those who meet the eligibility criteria of the special exams can sit in the special examination by following the issued schedule. Now, the special exams will held in February 2022.
- The Karachi Educational Board also stated that the smart syllabus will not follow for 2022. Hence students have to study the whole syllabus for the upcoming annual examination 2022
