According to the announced BISE Sahiwal date sheet, the exam of the 12th class will start from 10 July to 27 July 2021. However, this year, the Punjab government will not take the practical exams for any class. Thus, HSSC students should start preparing for exams properly. However, below is the complete 12th class date sheet 2021 of BISE Sahiwal.

- Morning (from 8:30 AM)
- Evening (From 1:30 PM) (except for Friday at 2:30 PM)
