IELTS indicator Online Test

British Council took a great initiative to conduct the IELTS indicator online test during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now candidates can attempt this IELTS indicator test from their houses and continue their educational journey. 

Although this online test is for conducting due to pandemic, it is not the substitute for the IELTS in-person test. Candidates must remember that once pandemic over, they have to attempt the in-person test at centers.

How IELTS indicator will conduct

Candidates can attempt the test with any desktop or laptop with stable internet. This online test takes place once a week and is about four necessary skills, i.e., Listening, Reading, Writing, and Reading. Candidates must complete their IELTS indicator test in one sitting. In the test, live questions are included, and IELTS examiners mark it. The candidates can get their results within seven days.

  • For the test, candidates can pay the fee by any local or international issued credit or debit card
  • VISA, Master Card, JCB, Diners International, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay is also acceptable
  •  The test fee will be in the US$
  • In case of a local debit card, candidates have to contact their banks before pay.

After the booking of IELTS indicator test

  • If a candidate wants to transfer his test date, cancel the registration/apply for the refund, or any other query, he has to fill an application form available on the site.
