Reschedule A and O-Level Exam 2021
On Thursday, Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood announced the news of rescheduling of Cambridge exams. Shafqat Mahmood stated that Cambridge has agreed and decided to reschedule O-level exams after 15 May 2021. However, regarding the A and As Level exams, he stated that the exam would be according to the set schedule.
However, in a previous tweet, the federal minister also stated that the government is constantly in contact with Cambridge regarding exam schedules. He said that Cambridge students were continuously demanding to reschedule the exam because they could not sit for the papers.
However, a lot of students demanded to cancel the exam. The education minister stated that this year, we would not cancel the exam. Students will be eligible to prompt in the next grades based on exam marks. Thus, the boards will conduct the exams of all classes.
