Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) issued the notice regarding the required documents for MDCAT 2021. Thus, candidates must bring the mentioned documents to the centers for verification. However, applicants can download the roll number slip from their emails for confirmation.
The candidates have to bring original and valid documents. The commission will not accept the photocopies of the asked things for verification. However, below is the list of documents that require as proof. Thus, candidates must bring one of the following to the centers.
- CNIC
- NADRA Smart Card/Juvenile Card
- NICOP
- Passport
- Original B-Form
