Are you a foreign Nationality holder and looking for admission to Pakistan? If yes, then you reached the perfect website. According to the details, the Economic Affairs Division opens its doors for admission to various degree programs. They announced admission in MBBS, BDS, D.Pharmacy, and BSc Engineering in various universities in Pakistan. These admissions are valid only for Pakistanis with foreign nationality under Pakistan Technical Assistance Programme (PTAP). Not only this, only limited seats are available in the disciplines of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy (D. Pharmacy), and B.Sc. Engineering for the students of Pakistan Origin having foreign nationality, for the Session 2022-23.
The admission is purely a merit list. However, the fee structure is also issued for every discipline. Those who are interested will apply before the last date. The last date to apply for the PTAP program for Pharmacy and BSc Engineering programs is August 09, 2022. The application deadline for PTAP MBBS and BDS Admission 2022 is September 15, 2022. Eligibility Criteria for BSc Engineering Programs 2022:-
Applicants who fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria can apply through the proper channel.
- The applicant who successfully passes 12 years of education HSSC or equivalent in the following subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics is eligible.
- At least 60% marks in HSSC or equivalent examination.
- As prescribed by some of the Universities, candidates are required to have passed SAT-I and SAT-II OR Entry Test.
- Applicant must provide a valid TOEFL or IELTS score of S50 or 5.5, respectively
- Certification by the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, after a one-year English language course.
Eligibility Criteria for D. Pharmacy Programs:-
- An applicant who successfully passes FSc in Physics, Chemistry & Biology at HSSC or equivalent level
- At least 60% marks in HSSC or equivalent from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
- Having valid proof of Pak-Origin in the form of a Pakistan Origin card/ NADRA l.D.Card or Pakistani Passport.
Documents Required:-
- HSSC or equivalent certificate along with detailed marks certificate/transcripts.
- Equivalence Certificate issued by Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, in case of foreign qualification.
- Foreign Nationality, Self, and Parent (foreign Passport, citizenship certificate, etc.).The green card not accepted as proof of foreign nationality.
- Proof of Pak-Origin(Pakistani Passport, l.D. Card, etc.)
- Valid TOEFL/IELTS score card for admission in B.Sc. Engineering in case the medium of instruction is not English.
How to Apply for EAD Admissions Under PTAP:-
- The interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official EAD website www.ead.gov.pk.
- Candidates interested in applying for the above seats must submit their complete applications on the prescribed application form (in quadruplicate) in the R&l/PTAP Section of the Economic Affairs Division.
