Eligibility Criteria:
- Pakistani nationals who have the right to work in Pakistan are eligible to apply.
- Electrical, Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical (I&E), Chemical, Power and Telecommunications, Civil, Engineering students are eligible to apply.
- Engineering graduates of the year 2021 are eligible to apply, whereas Master’s students cannot apply.
- A minimum of 3.0 CGPA is required.

Application Process:-
To apply for the Engro Graduate Trainee Program, candidates will have gone through the following stages.
- First of all, visit the official link of the Engro Trainee Program.
- You have to give an online test after registration
- Then they conduct Digital Interview 1 and Digital Interview 2.
- If you are interested, then they sent an offer for an internship
- The interested candidates who are eligible and fulfill the criteria can apply by filling an online application form.
