On 16 June 2021, the Education Ministry announced the decision for the A2 and intermediate students regarding engineering tests. According to the news, the Federal education minister allowed A2 students to appear in the ECAT and engineering admission test 2021. The education ministry made this decision during the meeting with PEC, VCs of various universities, and HEC officials.
However, the university will allow these students to take provisional admission and will be finalized after their A2 result. So, the varieties will confirm the admissions on the A2 result in January 2021.
Before this, HEC also announced to allow the students for provisional admissions due to the delay in exams. Now, the education ministry and HEC officially announce it after the meeting conducted yesterday.
