The wait is over. An applicant who is eagerly waiting for the FA/FSc admission in the government institutions will now get ready. Just like other private institutes, the government colleges also open their doors of admission through Online Colleges Admission System OCAS all over Punjab. All Government Boys and Girls colleges admissions shall continue from November 30, 2022.b The matric result will officially declare on 31st August 2022. Over 700 public colleges across Punjab will apply using Online College Admissions System (OCAS) for processing intermediate admissions applications for the year 2022-23 for their programs (F.A, F.Sc, ICS, etc.). OCAS has processed almost 2 million applications in recent years.
A student who belongs to any Punjab Board will now easily enroll by sitting at home. Students of the rest of the BISEs’ will be able soon to apply shortly, as these BISEs’ Matriculation data is shared. The admission process to 1st-year classes will be online as per previous practice. Students will enter their details in the online admissions application system for all colleges at once. Merit lists will also be announced online.
