The Higher Education Commission HEC awarded prizes to the player who won at the national and international levels. HEC gives a gold medal every year to the champions. They decided to offer scholarships and prize money to such athletes to encourage and appreciate the outstanding athlete. According to the details, the upcoming award distribution ceremony held in October 2021. In this ceremony, they award prize money and offer scholarships to holders and medalist players. Around 46 male and female student players from various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) of Pakistan to whom HEC will be awarding cheques on a performance basis. Sports Scholarship scheme has infused a new urge and energy in the student players of the institutions of higher learning.
HEC plays an important role, not in the education system but also various sports foundations as well. Both males and females take part in the sports and win prizes every year. Now HEC brings reform in the sport system. Now they offer scholarships to the winner’s champions.
