On 26 January 2021, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) declared the written test schedule and pattern for international scholarships. According to the notice, the test will be on 31 January 2021 Sunday. However, this written test is for the following three scholarships 2021.
- Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program, 2021
- Commonwealth Ph.D. Scholarship Program, 2021
- HEC-Chinese Govt. Scholarship Program, 2021
How to get Test Slip
Those candidates who have applied for the mentioned scholarships have to appear in the written test on 31 January 2021. Thus, to get the information about the test slip, follow the given procedure.
- Candidates can get their test slips from the ETC website (https://etc.hec.gov.pk/#/login)
- Other than that, you will also receive the SMS and email about the test slips.
Instructions
- Those who applied for more than one scholarship and submitted their applications through HEC portals have to appear in one of the tests on 31 January 2021.
- The result of this one written test will be for the mentioned 03 scholarships.
Pattern of tests
HEC will conduct 02 types of tests, one for undergraduate degrees and the second for graduate degrees.

HAT-Undergraduate Degree Test Pattern
For the undergraduate degrees, there are the following 03 Categories of HAT written tests. The total marks are 100 with a time duration of 120 minutes.
