The Higher Education Commission HEC issued the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test USAT 2023 registration schedule. Every year, the HEC Viz Education Testing Council conducts the USAT test for undergraduate admission in universities all over Pakistan. The USAT test is based on the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) pattern. It covers all known disciplines of Engineering, Medicine, IT, Management, and Social Sciences at the undergraduate entry level. After successfully clearing the USAT test, students will be eligible in all universities like the SAT. Applicants who want to appear in USAT must apply before the due date. The last date to apply is 17th October 2023. According to the details, HEC USAT will be tentatively held on October 29, 2023. So interested candidates can apply before the deadline.
Undergraduate Studies Admission Test Eligibility Criteria
An applicant who fulfills the below USAT criteria is eligible
- Must pass Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent/Grade 12 education.
- Those who appeared in the 12th class final examination and results are awaiting.
- Having 12 years of education in any discipline

Any score above and equal to 50 will be considered as a qualifying USAT score. The maximum anyone can score on USAT would be the perfect score of 100.

How to Apply for HEC USAT Test 2023
- Interested candidates must visit the given link/ http://etc.hec.gov.pk.
- The application submission process is divided into two parts. One is profile completion using the “My Profile” section and application submission using the “Undergraduate Studies Admission Test” links on the menu panel on the left-hand sidebar of the online portal.
- Submit the test fee, which is 1750/-
- Candidates will deposit the fee via 1Link 1bill invoice participating banks/ATM/Internet banking/Mobil App/EasyPessa/JazCash/UPaisa.
- Once You have selected 1Link 1bill service, open/sign in to your mobile app and click on bill payment or payment services
- Click on 1bill invoice payment services and enter the consumer number generated by the ETC Portal. Once you see the details, pay the amount.
- Click on verify online payment on the ETC dashboard.
- The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
