The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced the 5 Turkish Cypriot Government scholarships 2019 under OIC Exchange Program for Undergraduate, Graduate and Ph. D program starting from the Spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year. The scholarship was posted in the last month, i.e. October 25, 2019. The students can have a chance to study in the following universities:
- Grine American University (GAU)
- Cyprus International University (CIU)
- Final International University (FIU)
Turkish Cypriot Government Scholarships Offered Programs
The offered educational programs of the universities are mentioned in the website of the respective university. According to the program, the students cannot apply for the following disciplines:
- Pharmacy
- Medicine
- Dentistry
Language of Study Turkish Cypriot Government Scholarships
The basic medium of instructions in the mentioned universities will be English, so the students must be an expert in English or attended an English Preparatory school of the university for at least one year.

HEC Turkish Cypriot Government Scholarships Scope
The offered scholarship for the third country students only provides the tuition fee and allowances. Other expenses have to be paid by the students themselves.
Admission Requirements
- Graduation from any higher or secondary school.
- Must fulfil the criteria of admission and enrolment.
- Certified Language proficiency document required by the specific program of the university.
