The Higher Education Commisison (HEC) announced the applications for the Interim Placement of Fresh PhDs Program Phase-II (Batch-IV) 2023. HEC Started the IPFP program for fresh PhDs scholars to provide them with an opportunity for academic experience and mentorship. It is one year program. So, candidates who want to apply for the HEC IPFP Batch-IV can visit the HEC website and apply online. However, the last IPFP Phase-II Batch-IV registration date is 16 January 2023.
Eligibility criteria for Interim Placement of Fresh PhDs 2023
- Candidates having Pakistani/AJK nationality
- Age limit: 40 years
- Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree within two years of the advertisement.
- Only unemployed candidates are eligible for the IPFP program.

Interim Placement of Fresh PhDs Program 2023 Benefits
The Selected candidates for the Interim Placement of Fresh PhDs Program Phase-II (Batch-IV) 2023 will get the following benefits.
- Applicants can avail of four-week free training under the National Faculty Development Program (NFDP). However, this training will have no stipend.
- One-year placement at the host institution
- Rs 100,000/month for the 12th month from the date of joining the IPFP fellows.
How to Apply for Interim Placement of Fresh PhDs Batch-IV
- Visit the HEC website and apply online through the portal for the IPFP Phase-II, Batch-Iv. 2023 (http://eportal.hec.gov.pk)
- Uploaded the scanned and attested degree of Ph.D. on the portal.
- Deposit the online fee of Rs 3000/- to the nearest Habib bank or by ATM transfer slip and Upload the paid receipt on the HEC portal.
- Send the hard copies of the application with all required documents within the due date to the following address.
