According to the latest Higher Education Commission notification, it is to notify all applicants that migration certificate now no longer needed to get admission to another university. In the 39th meeting, the chairman of the Higher Education Commission talked about the migration certificate/NOC with the other senior representative. After getting suggestions from others, they finalized to discard the migration certificate. Most students face the migration certificate or NOC issue while getting admission to any other university or college. But HEC resolves this issue. Now, students will quickly get access without submitting a NOC certificate.

Sir I am student of college of law after 4th semester can I migrate from one government university to another university , according to HEC new policy migration certificate or NOC is compulsory or not
