The government of Pakistan issued a notification regarding the new grading formula system. According to the details, the Chairman Sindh Examination Boards conducted a fruitful meeting on 27th October 2023 in the meeting room of the IBCC Secretariat Islamabad. They started the meeting with the recitation of the Holy Quran. In the meeting, they discussed the points regarding the new grading formula. The government of Pakistan Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Inter Boards Coordination Commission decided to transform the GPA and CGPA System instead of Marks All BISE Pakistan.
This newly introduced system will be implemented in 2024, the first phase, and the procedure to calculate the GPA and CGPA. Thus, the students will receive grades on their result cards. CGPA will also be given in the result card along with the grades

The new grading scheme will help improve the grading system or schemes for secondary and higher secondary classes. It will introduce complete further steps and procedures in calculating CGPA or GPA. They also attached the presentation of the system analyst BSE Multan for information.
