According to the latest notification, it is to inform all that the University of Karachi approves the decision of teaching 4 years bachelors degree programs. On Thursday, KU Vice Chancellor Khalid Iraqi at the university’s Arts Auditorium conducted a meeting with the KU Academic Council. Now they conduct the admission of a 4 years bachelors degree program for session 2022. Not only this, but they also approved programs, including degree programmes in poultry, genetics and others. After the meeting, the University of Karachi administration starts taking admission in the 5th Semester for those who have graduated since the Higher Education Commission has discontinued the Master’s programs.
The students eligible to secure admission in the 5th Semester include those who have completed a two-year associate degree programs at any college. However, their associate degrees replaced by KU’s BS four year degree after completing the course. Moreover, KU is likely to announce the admissions for a new academic session at the end of this month.
