Islamabad Police introduce a great initiative for providing free education in various educational institutes. However, they provide quality education to children of police martyrs. However, there is a 50 per cent fee concession to the serving and retired employees of the force. To fulfil the dreams of martyr’s child, Islamabad Police have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with various educational institutions for offering free education.
SSP Headquarters Naveed Atif with various educational institutions from IGP Islamabad Qazi Jamil ur Rehman ensure to facilitate quality education to the children of policemen. They listed the names of the schools including the Smart School, Nicon Group of Colleges, Air foundation, Islamabad Science School and College, American Lyceum and International Learning Hub School. Apart from this, they charge a 50 per cent admission fee, security and tuition fee from children of serving and retired policemen. Nikon Group of Colleges offer 100 per cent concession to children of martyred personnel. Other than this, they provide concessions of 100 per cent and 50 per cent in spoken English and Chinese language courses respectively to others. For BS degree level, there is 35% fee concession
