In the latest notification, National Command Operation Center decide to reopen all private and public universities across Punjab as the COVID-19 condition is under control. Therefore NCOC resumes all academic activities. Now all students are allowed to visit universities and attend physical classes. There is no restriction of limited students. Also, this notification is not only for universities but also for all colleges situated in Punjab. Apart from this, every student and teacher must follow the standard operating procedures. All the concerned authorities shall ensure 100% vaccination of all teaching and non-teaching staff. Cut-off dates for student vaccination remain unchanged. It meant students must partially vaccinated by 31st October 2021 and full vaccination by 30th November 2021. This notification is forwarded to all private and public colleges/ universities.
Due to the rapid increase in the COVID-19, NCOC decided to conduct online classes. The online mode of education is non-understandable for every student.
