Holiday on 5 February 2021 in Punjab
On 29 January 2021, the Government of Punjab published a notification regarding the holiday on 05 February 2021 Friday. The government issued this notice under statement No. SOE-I(S&GAD)1-2/2018(P-III).
According to the issued notification, the government announced a public holiday on 05 February 2021 in the province. This holiday is to celebrate Kashmir Solidarity Day with Kashmiris. Thus, on 5 February, we will show that we are with them politically and morally for their struggle for self-determination. Other than that, for the honor of Kashmir Shuhada, there will be 01-minute silence at 10:00 hours on the same day.
