The Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB) issued a notification regarding the Single National curriculum Phase-II. According to the Notice, the Punjab government will implement the SNC Phase-II for elementary (6th-8th) and High (9th, 10th) Classes from the coming academic session 2023-24. However, the official notification contains complete information about the Single National Curriculum Phase II.
So, in Punjab, all schools will teach the following curriculum to the elementary and high classes according to the SNC Phase II.
- Grade 6th-8th subjects
- Grade 9th and 10th Islamiat

However, all public & private schools and Deni Madaris in Punjab will teach the SNC curriculum for 6-10 classes. The Board of Governors of PCTB has also approved implementing the SNC Phase-II for the 2023-24 academic session.
