The Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) issued a notification regarding the School-Based Assessment (SBA) 2023. The issued SBA 2023 notification is for Grades 01 to 08 which the Distict Education Authorities will conduct. According to the schedule, the schools will generate the papers for all classes through the Item Bank System (IBS) upto 08 March 2023. However, after generating the papers, the SBA will conduct from 10 March to 25 March 2023. After that, the SBA 2023 result will be on 31 March 2023. However, below, we have explained the procedure to generate the Papers on the IBS with the relevant details.

How to Generate & Download SBA 2023
Below is how schools can generate and download the School-Based Exam (SBA 2023) through the Item Bank System.
- Each school will generate the SBA by login into the IBS (Item Bank System) through the QR Codes that will have the complete detail of the school with the EMIS code.
- After generating the papers, the schools can download the papers with the same QR code according to the SBA 2023 date sheet.
Other than that, for the guidance of the SBA, the Punjab Examination Commisison (PEC) provided the model papers on the official website that students can teachers can download.
