Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) has activated the portal for the admissions in MBBS and BDS degrees. So, those students who have passed MDCAT 2020 with min 60% can apply. Remember that, this schedule is for the private medical institutes. For the admissions, candidates have to apply online through the PMC website. The last date to Apply is 08 January 2021.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the admission in private medical colleges is according to the PMC regulations:
- Min. 65% marks in Fsc
- Min. 60% marks in MDCAT
Aggregate formula for Admissions:
The colleges will follow the following aggregate formula for the admissions:
- FSc 30%
- MDCAT 50%
- Interview by institute 20%
How to Apply for PMC National Admissions:
- Candidates have to go to the online portal https://pmc.almusnet.com/#!/auth/signin.
- They have to sign in/sign up so that they can fill the application.
- Then signing in, candidates have to follow the following procedure to complete the application form.
- Firstly, you have to choose either you are a local person or foreigner. If you have dual nationality, select that option. Then click the start button.
- Then, a page of MY FILE will open, fill it accordingly. Here you have to provide your personal data, educational information, Test (MDCAT/SAT-II) details, and at the end attach documents. After completing it, go to the next page.
- Next page will be of MY APPLICATION. Here, you have to choose your program and college.
- After that, the next page will be of the APPLICATION FEE. from here, you have to download the voucher, deposit fee in MCB bank, and upload the voucher.
- Then next will be APPLICATION PROCESSING. After the bank verifies your payment, the application processing tab will enable.
Last date to Apply:
The last date to apply is 08 January 2021 by 5:00 PM.
