Recently, the Pakistan Medical commission gave some statements on the issue of Out of syllabus questions in the MDCAT and MDCAT schedule. A few days ago, a delegation of students met with PMC presidents and talked to him regarding the MDCAt 2021 difficulties. However, students also told the PMC presidents their demands regarding the re-conduct of the test and some others.

On the issue of the Internet down, PMC stated that we are conducting the test on Wireless Local Area Network (LAN). So the examination system doesn’t work on Live Open Internet. So, the excuse of WIFI being down is inappropriate.
Regarding the syllabus, PMC stated that all questions are from the syllabus prepared by the National Medical and Dental Academic Board.
However, PMC will also perform the Post-Exam analysis and declare the final result after completing the exams. However, for the Post-Exam Analysis, teams of experts will review the papers based on international standards.
PMC also stated that PMC conducted the MDCAT digitally this year, and the computer does the result and score. So, there is no chance of human error in the announced scoring.
