According to the recent Press release of the PMC, the commission will award marks to the students for out-of-Syllabus marks. As PMC has conducted the online MDCAT test from 30 August to 30 September 2021. During this, many students complained regarding the out of syllabus questions and wrong answer keys, etc.
After all this, PMC announced a post-exams analysis of MDCAT and announced the final result in the 1st week of October 2021. So, now, PMC is analyzing the MDCAT at international standards with the collaboration of QAU Islamabad. However, before the final result declaration, the PMC President and QAU VC will review the Post-exams analysis report for Approval.
PMC also announced that the council would remove the Out-of-syllabus question during the analysis. However, if any students attempted those questions, the PMC will award the marks to the students for that questions. At the same time, PMC will also give the marks for the wrong answer keys (If found).
PMC Press Release stated that post-exams analysis is part of the examination procedure. Through this, exams will be scrutinized at the highest level for fair results. However, according to the press realist, the PMC will announce the final result by 09 October 2021.
