On 1st June 2021, Punjab University issued a notification regarding submission of admission forms and fee for Associate degree science 2021. Applicant who applied for Associate degree science and Arts requested to submit their online admission form and fee for the associate degree arts/science Part-I and Part-II annual examination 2021. Before the conduction of paper, the university announces the details regarding the submission of the admission form and after the completion of the admission process, the concerned officials declare the schedule for the conduction of the exams.

General Instructions:-
- Candidates who haven’t submitted the admission form and fee according to the issued schedule will pay admission form and fee with double charges
- After the declaration of result of the PU Associate Degree Arts/Science Part-1 & Part-II Annual 2020 Exam, the students can submit the form with a single fee within 15 days.
- The candidates with the last chance to appear in the Supplementary Examination 2020 can submit the admission form in order to take the exams
