According to the details, it is to inform all school teachers that the Minister of Education fixes the number of periods taken by teachers. They make a record of all primary, middle, and high school teachers who come to school in a week. On Sunday, the Punjab Education Minister took this decision. While addressing the conference, Punjab Education Minister stated that all ESE and SE educators would take 36 periods a week while SST and SSE teachers would take 33 periods each.
They also notify other SS teachers to take 28 periods, while PET will take 18 periods a week. They added that principals and senior headteachers in middle schools and community model institutions would take 18 classes weekly. He also said that two PSTs for every 60 students in primary schools while an additional educator deployed if students exceed the limit.

It is also pertinent to mention that the education department will deploy one AT, PET, EST, and one EST each for social studies and mathematics in middle schools. Also, there will be one SST each for arts, science, drawing, and computer for high schools.
