The Government of Punjab Service and General Administration Department has decided regarding November 9, 2022. You may have heard this news from other provinces as well.
In pursuance of the cabinet division, the Government of Pakistan has declared November 9, 2022 (Wednesday) as a Holiday on the occasion of Allama Iqbal Day. This notification has been sent to all other provinces, including Punjab. Now, as per orders of the Punjab Government SAGAD, there will be an off day tomorrow on the regional level throughout Punjab.

The final decision came during the reign of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, on November 8, 2022. All the public or private schools, offices, and other institutions across Punjab will remain closed tomorrow.
