According to the details, it is to notify all that the government of Punjab is going to launch an E-transfer policy in the education department. They considered it an essential step towards the digital world. As everything is moving from manual to digital, therefore the Punjab government also decided to convert this transfer of teacher’s system into E-transfer. On 16th June 2021, the Minister for the SED, Ch. Muhammad Ikhlaq, inaugurated the e-transfer posting policy at a ceremony conducted at the department.
Many of the representative attended the ceremony including provincial Minister for Higher Education, Raja Yasir Humayun Sarfraz, the Secretary SED, Muhammad Hassan Iqbal, the DG Special Education Department, Pervaiz Iqbal Butt, department directors, and other senior officials.
The members who present in the meeting give their suggestions. However, Minister Ikhlaq stated that e-governance should introduce in every sector under the leadership of the Chief Minister and that the launch of the e-transfer policy will facilitate teachers.
