The Punjab Education Department issued the latest notification regarding the new exam schedule 2022. As per the notification, it is to inform all that the examinations of classes from grades I to IV will begin from May 31. The new academic year in Punjab will begin from August 01. Not only this, the Minister of School Education Murad Raas, in a recent tweet, stated to resume the academic activities with 100pc attendance after a decline in COVID-19 cases. Earlier, Murad Raas shut down the schools in those districts where the COVID-19 positivity rate is high. But now, as the COVID-19 situation is under control, they ordered to re-open the schools in the districts.
The Punjab School Education Department had suggested the resumption of all classes in the schools with full attendance from Wednesday (today). After school re-opening, they also announce the new exam schedule of 1 to 8 classes
